As part of the Chinese Tourism Year (2017) in Kazakhstan, the meeting was held between Marat Igaliyev, Director of Tourism Industry Department in Ministry of Investments and Development and Johnson Chen, the Head of Association of Tour Operators of Chinese Shenzhen region (Guangdong province), General Director of Shenzhen Top Tour int'l Travel Service, Deputy Chairman of Foreign Trade Chamber of Shenzhen FEZ.

South China is a promising region from the viewpoint of developing the inbound tourism in Kazakhstan. In China, the most active travelers are just the tourists from the country’s southern region. Annually, over 2 million citizens go abroad from Guangzhou.

Information to Kazakhstani tour operators! The Chinese party invites our tourist companies to participate in the popular International Tourist Exhibition GITF in Guangzhou on February 23 to 25, 2017. This region is one of the most rapidly developing and rich provinces in PRC. In 2016, the exhibition was attended by 29 thousand persons, with over 23 thousand business meetings and negotiations held, and with 45 worldwide countries and regions presenting their tourist potential.
