On July 16 of this year,a meeting of the Presidium of the Republican Chamber of Private Bailiffs with the paricipation of the Chairman Amangeldy Abdolov.The work of the Presidium was attended by the majority of its members from the regions and the authorized organization,they elected Kulakhmed Beketov as the Chairman of the Board of the Republican Chamber of Private Bailiffs.Also,conducted elections of new four members of the Board.Previously conducted on July 11 of this year, the meeting of the Presidium was declared as a failed,in view of the violations comitted during its conduct.The new chairman of the board was invited to convene an extraordinary congress,which will discuss the existing problematic issues that arose in the institute of PB.Let's remind July 11 this year,some media published information about the election of Iraq Elekeev as the Chairman of the Board of the Republican Chamber of private judicial executors of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the decision of some members of the Presidium.
