For residents of the city, more than 30,000 apartments will be additionally put into operation at affordable prices, with the provision of new social facilities, incl. schools, kindergartens, polyclinics, as well as modernization of engineering communications, landscaping, etc. To this end, investments in the total amount of about 400 billions tenge will be attracted to the city economy in the next seven years with the creation of more than 70,000 new jobs.

"Our goal is not only to update houses, but also to reduce house prices, open new jobs and attract investment. The head of state instructed on the need for construction not only in the framework of the Nurly zher Program, but also at the expense of attracting extrabudgetary funds. We have all the conditions for this in the city, and we will continue to work in this direction, "said Bauyrzhan Baibek.

He also noted that in the design and construction of new housing it is necessary to comply with the standards, taking into account the increasing pressure on communication and the network, and also focused the attention of the authorized bodies on providing the proper infrastructure in the near-by territories of new buildings.

During the working tour, the head of the city got acquainted with the already built residential houses in the framework of the program "Old housing" on the street.
