Today in the framework of the Days of the Ministry of labor and social protection of population of the RK, the management team of all key departments started its work in the districts of Akmola region.

The inhabitants of Astrakhan, Burabai, Tselinograd, and other districts of the region have an opportunity to receive advice on the opportunities that today provides the state with its citizens to improve the quality of life and to solve problems with the help of the best experts in the field of protection of workers ' rights and social support. The task of the Ministry of labor and social security - not only consultative support, but also in improving the work of the regional centres of employment, changes in the structure of provision of social services.

According to the Minister of labor and social protection of population Tamara Duissenova: “we are Now undergoing the difficult stage of changing the approaches, since the basis of formed model of social-labor relations is the promotion of productive employment, prevent dependency. Now employment and social support are integrated, offering plenty of opportunities for realization of their own potential citizens. The government offers training in demand on the labor market profession, teaches the basics of business and helps to organize their own business to ensure that those who are living below the poverty line, broke out of this state. Those who are willing to take responsibility for their own destiny, now have the best starting conditions. However, we recognize the fact that a lot of people from the heartland are not aware that the government is ready to support them in their efforts to live better. So the Days of the Ministry of labor and social protection will be held in each region of our country.”

On the first day the staff of the Ministry of labor will work in Esil district of Akmola region and Kokshetau, explaining the details of the modernization of the social assistance system, the advantages of three-stage pension system, advising employees on labor legislation and their rights.
