The gold belt of the champion and the keys to the car was won by a wrestler Ruslan Abdrazakov from the Nauryzbay district. Dauren Nuralinov was on the second place , who had represented Bostandyk district.

Both sportsmen will represent the Almaty city at the republican tournament "Kazakhstan Barysy - 2017", which will be held in July in Astana.

The third place was won by Victor Demyanenko, the representative of Nauryzbay district. He was the winner of "Almaty Barysy" in 2016.

It should be noted that the competitions in national sports i.e. Kөkpar, audaryspaқ, tenge іlu, аsyk atu, zhasmby atu, Kazakh kuresi are regularly held in Almaty,. So, the republican festival "Uly dala oiyndary" was held at the central racecourse in May, in which athletes had taken from different parts of Kazakhstan. The theater of traditional art "Alatau", a multimedia center of traditional music, and a new center of artisans have been opened during the last two years.
