According to the Minister of labor, in the last three years carried out the preparatory work, namely, was implemented the project "Orleu", which is the prototype of a new format TSA. In the end, the participants were 177,4 thousand.

"In addition, prepared all the necessary legal and regulatory framework, training of workers of structural divisions of local Executive bodies, developed the automated informational system purpose of TSA.

In order to prevent simultaneous mass conversions, the conclusion of social contracts with potential recipients of TSA commenced in the fourth quarter of 2017," - said Tamara Duissenova.

 In the end, today signed an order of 105 thousand of social contracts, of which 88 thousand families will receive cash assistance, and state support measures to promote employment.

According to the approved local Executive bodies schedule in the month of January appointment will receive 48,9 thousand families.

However, as noted by the head of the Agency, the results of further implementation of the new format will depend on the effectiveness of local Executive bodies.
