The Strategy Committee under the Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna JSC was established to consider issues of planning and implementing state strategic tasks.

The main task of the Strategy Committee is to ensure the cascading of important state strategic tasks by:

• preliminary approval of the Fund’s development strategy for a 10-year period and the Fund’s development plan for a 5-year period for further consideration by the Fund’s Board of Directors;
• consideration of reports on the implementation of the Development Strategy, the Development Plan of the Fund in order to monitor and control the implementation of the Development Strategy and the Development Plan of the Fund by the Board of Directors of the Fund;
• consideration of the Fund's information on the compliance of the development strategies of national companies with decomposed strategic indicators of national strategies, objectives and government programs.

The Committee is a permanent consultative and advisory body of the Board of Directors of the Fund..
