Kazakhstan will create a center for training and retraining of lecturers on religious issues
11.04.2025 03:02:29 1955Minister of religious Affairs and civil society Nurlan Yermekbayev proposed to develop a Roadmap for the development of outreach and create a center for training and retraining of lecturers during an expanded meeting of the Board of MDRGO of Kazakhstan. According to the Minister, members of information groups are in close contact with people. They work in a variety of audiences and are targeted. And the work is done according to a template, the old-fashioned way. For all audiences, one lecture, formal meetings, lack of subsequent contacts and inattention to the specifics of the region where the work is being conducted. Nurlan Yermekbayev emphasizes that members of information groups and lecturers should have the full range of information and communication technologies, as well as receive psychological training. « To do this, we must develop a Roadmap for the development of advocacy. One of the main points of this map will be the creation of a center for training and retraining of lecturers. It will not only prepare the teaching staff, but also monitor their work, conduct certification, and form ratings. According to the ratings, the lecturer will also receive payment. The center should develop an algorithm for preventive work taking into account local specifics», - Nurlan Yermekbayev shared his plans. We remind that currently there are 1 Republican and 249 regional information and explanatory groups on religious issues in Kazakhstan. With their participation, more than 35 thousand different events were held with the coverage of 2 million 500 thousand people. More than 50 methodological materials have been developed for group members, and 3 thousand lecturers have been trained.
