Today at the Rukhaniyat center A meeting with youth on the theme "Youth is the beginning of all changes" was held with the participation of Akim of the district Zhandos Yerkinbek.

During the meeting, Akim of the district Zhandos Yerkinbek, speaking, focused on the ongoing work to support youth in our district.

- At the initiative of the akim of the region, Nurlybek Mashbekovich, the Rukhaniyat center was built last year, and the regional youth resource center was moved to a new building. This is a clear expression of the akim's support for youth. A lot of work is being done to create favorable conditions for young people to play sports. Sports and recreation complexes and 5 modern sports grounds have been built in the villages of Dur Ongar, III International, and Akai, and 17 playgrounds have been put into operation over the past three years. In 2025, it is planned to build 4 new sites in the villages of Zhosaly, Toretam, and III International. In 2024, the athletes of the district won 23 gold, 14 silver, and 26 bronze medals at the championships of Kazakhstan and the world. Great success has also been achieved in the field of education. In the 2023-2024 academic year, 15,218 students enrolled, 94.6% of the 686 graduates participated. By the way, our district has shown the best results in the region. According to the Youth Practice program, 237 people are planned, 218 young professionals worked in 101 institutions, 17 people were employed permanently. According to the program "With a diploma to the village", 55 specialists received a lifting allowance in the amount of 20.3 million tenge, 62 specialists received assistance in purchasing housing. In 2024, 25 candidates were accepted into the regional personnel reserve, and our countryman Serikbolsin Madenov was appointed chief specialist of the Karmakshinsky district department of employment and social programs. Within the framework of the program "Transformation in education – 1000 leaders" 6 young specialists were selected, 4 of them were appointed to senior positions," said the akim of the district.

During the event, Galymzhan Bauyrzhanovich Karibayev, who was appointed director of school No. 186 as part of the personnel reserve "Transformation in Education – 1000 Leaders", spoke and shared ideas on reforms and new initiatives in the field of education.

In addition, the head of the Zhyrau house circle, famous Zhyrau Burkitbai Aksunkar, who is actively involved in the cultural life of the district, spoke about the importance of national art.

President of Taimbet Komekbayev Lyceum School No. 250, an active young man, excellent student of Orynbasar Daulet, who has achieved success in education and science, presented the first edition of a new creative work to the akim of the district.

In honor of the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, an active young man, chemistry teacher at school No. 108 Iskendirova Gulnara Muratovna spoke about the significance of the anniversary and her contribution to the unity of the country.

At the end of the meeting, the akim of the district rewarded the active youth and wished them success in their new endeavors.
