Today, the government delegation headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of RK G. Abdykalikova continued to explain the main directions of the new social measures of Elbasy "Aleumettik kamkorlyk" in Shymkent.

Within the framework of the visit to a number of social and industrial facilities, the Deputy Prime Minister held a meeting with students at the South Kazakhstan State University named after M. Auezov, where they discussed the main directions of the state youth policy, as well as the implementation of activities within the framework of the Year of youth.

At the "Ontustik" SEZ, G. Abdykalikova got acquainted with the work of industrial enterprises of "Alem BT" LLP, "LuxShoes" JV, "Bal textile", which work on the basis of new technologies for the production of hosiery, carpets and shoes.

As of April 1, 13 projects for a total investment of 29.5 billion KZT have been implemented in the SEZ. 1396 jobs were created, including 1227 for large and low-income families.

In "Kainar" business center Deputy Prime Minister held a meeting with akims of districts, heads of large enterprises, business structures and trade union organizations on the development of social partnership and social responsibility.

Speaking at the event, G. Abdykalikova stressed the words of Elbasy that the priority is the development of the country as a socially-oriented state. Social dependency should not be allowed. She appealed to the business community to actively help low-income workers, to solve their pressing issues on the spot.

The Deputy Prime Minister also got acquainted with the work of the City territorial center for the provision of social services. Special social services are provided here by means of spiritual-cognitive, medical-correctional work taking into account the individual needs of the recipients of services, their socialization, adaptation to the environment. Every year 300 people receive rehabilitation.

In addition, G. Abdykalikova visited the center "Samgau senim", which provides assistance to persons and families in difficult situations due to cruel treatment, victims of domestic violence and trafficking in persons. For today, 227 people have already received special social services.

Deputy Prime Minister inspected the work of the city Employment center. Since the beginning of the year, the institution has provided services to 5810 citizens. 2437 people are employed for permanent work, today there are 5430 vacant jobs.

Also, the Deputy Prime Minister visited a low-income family’s house, where she got acquainted with the living conditions and answered their questions of a social nature.
