Deputy Prime Minister Gulshara Abdykalikova held a visiting meeting of the Republican tripartite commission with the participation of members of the commission, akims of cities, districts, "Atameken" NCE, heads of large companies, business structures and trade union organizations. The issues of social and labor relations, social partnership, protection of labor rights of workers, implementation of the Road map on the recommendations of the International labor organization on application of the Convention №87 "On freedom of association and protection of the right to form trade unions" were discussed at the meeting.

Opening the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister stressed that the current model of social partnership is based on the equal distribution of responsibility between the state, employers and employees. At the same time, one of the main tasks in the sphere of social partnership is to prevent the emergence of social and labor conflicts. Therefore, all participants in the social partnership need to take special control of preventing the growth of industrial injuries, wage arrears, strengthening the monitoring of social tension in the regions, etc.

"Today the main task is to prevent labor disputes. All cases of social tension arise as a result of labor conflicts. Their reason - wage arrears, decline. A republican Road map has been developed to create safe working conditions. It is necessary to accept the same maps in the regions. It is necessary to continue work on social responsibility of business", Minister of labor and social protection of RK Berdibek Saparbayev said at the meeting.

G. Abdykalikova urged for the development of all forms of social partnership, strengthening responsibility for the implementation of obligations under industry agreements and collective agreements. She added that active work in this direction should be carried out at the regional level.

"All participants of the social partnership need to take special control over the monitoring of social tension in the regions, preventing wage arrears, reducing industrial injuries," the Deputy Prime Minister said.

For the purpose of introduction of modern system of management of professional risks on April 1 this year 2231 the enterprise introduced standards on safety and labor protection. More than 184.9 thousand employers increased the wages of 963 thousand low-paid workers. As a result, their wages increased by 33% (from 43 thousand to 57.5 thousand KZT). In total, 98.7 thousand collective agreements have been signed in the country, including 95.1% of large and medium-sized enterprises have collective agreements.

Further, in the House of culture of Abai, Deputy Prime Minister and members of the working group met with mothers with many children, low-income families, labor veterans, disabled people, teachers, doctors, public representatives.

In her speech, the Deputy Prime Minister stressed that the priorities of the new social policy are to increase the incomes of the poor segment of the population, solve housing issues, improve the quality of educational and medical services, comprehensive development of the regions. At the same time, she stressed that the main task is to provide people with work, and social assistance will be provided to all those who, for objective reasons, can not work.
