On Monday, May 6, the Minister of labor and social protection of the population of RK Berdibek Saparbayev met with representatives of public associations.

The meeting was organized as part of the development of the National plan to ensure the rights and improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities until 2025, as well as the development of social entrepreneurship, which is of particular relevance in the framework of social support for large and low-income families.

It was attended by the Chairman of the association of business women in Aktobe region Kulshat Masalimova, Director of the Center for Social Entrepreneurship of Almaty Management University (AlmaU) (Almaty) Nurzhan Alzhanova, head of the social workshop "GreenTAL" (Nur-Sultan) Emin Askerov, as well as representatives of socially responsible enterprises of Aktobe region.

Opening the meeting, the head of department Berdibek Saparbayev stressed the relevance and importance of such meetings in the framework of the work to improve the welfare of citizens and stressed the significant contribution of businessmen of Aktobe region in the development of social entrepreneurship.

Participants of the meeting shared the results of the International forum of social entrepreneurship in Aktobe region, which brought together more than 1,200 participants and more than 12 international experts; acquainted with the project "Mother - entrepreneur", organized by "Atameken" NCE, in which rural women, mothers with many children and parents of children with disabilities were trained; they told about the experience of social entrepreneurship of the state of Israel, where a group of  entrepreneurs of Aktobe region went for training following the results of the international forum within the framework of the signed memorandums of cooperation.

"For today we form a National plan to ensure the rights and improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities until 2025 and all proposals and successful projects that provide additional measures to support people with disabilities need to be systematized for their subsequent scaling up throughout the country," Saparbayev said.
