In the framework of monitoring decisions on the payment of legal aid identified facts, inconsistencies between actual hours worked by lawyers.

For 2016-2017gg. The Almaty Department of Justice returned to the Bar Association orders worth more than 28 million tenge.

Also established facts,when three lawyers of the Almaty Bar Association allegedly rendered legal aid to their clients while actually being outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The claims of the Ministry of Justice on termination of the validity of the license to practice lawyers' activities of these lawyers are satisfied by the courts.

As a result of non-compliance of their lawyers with their professional duties, citizens were deprived of the right to legal assistance.

Nevertheless, despite the existing shortcomings in the work,Chairman of the Bar of Almaty - Kenzhegali Karchegenov re-elected for a new term.

Ministry of Justice to the Republican Bar Association,is the coordinator of the activities of territorial colleges,many letters were sent on the need for and territorial colleges of relevant work in the field to eliminate violations and taking measures to comply with legal requirements of lawyers.

To date, the Republican Bar Association hasn't  taken any measures.

The above facts indicate a weak organization of work,as territorial bar associations,and the Republican Collegium.
