On June 13-14, 2019, first Vice-Minister of labor and social protection of RK Yerzhan Zhilkibayev visited the North Kazakhstan region with a working trip. He had been in Akzhar, Taiynsha, Akkaiyn districts, district named after M. Zhumabayev and Petropavlovsk.

In particular, the first Deputy head of the department got acquainted with the construction of 52 houses for immigrants coming from the labor-surplus regions in the framework of the pilot project included in the Comprehensive development plan of the North Kazakhstan region for 2019-2021.

In addition, Yerzhan Zhilkibayev met and talked with individual entrepreneurs who took courses "Bastau business" and received preferential loans for the development of their own business under the State program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship "Enbek".

During the visit to the Employment centers, the Vice-Minister paid special attention to the quality and timely provision of state support measures, met with mothers with many children, recipients of address social assistance and immigrants from labor-surplus regions.

In Petropavlovsk Y. Zhilkibaev got acquainted with the work of the Population employment center, visited a dormitory for the labor of young people, built under the Program "Employment road map 2020", a garment factory, the production facilities of "Raduga" LLP, which already employs participants of short term courses under the State program "Enbek".

During the meetings with the population, the first Deputy Minister informed North Kazakhstan citizens about the work carried out by the department in the field of creating new jobs and increasing employment, as well as support for low-income families and persons with disabilities.
