On Thursday, June 26, Minister of labor and social protection of population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Berdybek Saparbayev held a reception of citizens on personal issues.

8 people made an appointment to the head of the department.

Among those who came to personally ask issues to the Minister are citizens of Nur-Sultan, East Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan and Almaty regions.

In their appeals, citizens voiced issues and suggestions on medical and social expertise, the appointment of address social assistance, housing issues of large and low-income families, assistance in employment, the procedure for calculating pensions, benefits, providing for disabled people.

Minister listened carefully to all the requests and proposals of the applicants, gave explanations and instructed the relevant departments to assist in resolving issues within the competence of the Department within the framework of the current legislation.
