Servicemen of military unit 5571 of the National Guard, named after Hero of the Soviet Union, Guards Colonel Baurzhan Momyshuly, who ensure public order and safety in Almaty, demonstrated multiple examples of vigilance in a single day.

One incident occurred in the Nauryzbay district. Patrol guards noticed a group of young men acting suspiciously. Upon inspection, they discovered a package containing a green narcotic substance and a homemade device for its consumption.

Thanks to the swift actions of the patrol team led by Junior Sergeant Äli Turlygozha and Privates Bağdäulet Myrzakhan, Janbolat Ayatuly, Sayat Quandyq, and Mukhamed-Äli Serikov, the suspects were detained and handed over to police officers of the Nauryzbay district.

Later that day, another act of vigilance occurred in the Medeu district. While patrolling Pushkin Street, servicemen noticed a man covered in blood with a deep stab wound on his thigh, bleeding heavily. It was revealed that he had been attacked with a knife by an unknown individual.

Privates Ayan Bimurza, Abzal Omarov, and Eskendir Zakirov immediately administered first aid.

— We applied a bleeding control method, bandaged the wound, and called for an ambulance and police. Both services responded quickly. Paramedics treated the victim while police began investigating the incident, — said patrol leader Ayan Bimurza.

By serving daily to ensure public safety, National Guard servicemen not only prevent offenses but also demonstrate their readiness to assist citizens in critical moments — upholding their duty and loyalty to the people of Kazakhstan.
