On April 3, the Kostanay Regional Universal Scientific Library named after L. N. Tolstoy hosted the dialogue platform "Ulttyk kuryltai: el damuyn zhana bagdary", organized in support of the National Kurultai.

The following speakers took part in the event: Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC SEC Tobol, member of the National Kurultai, Chairman of the Public Council of Kostanay region, deputy of the Senate of 5-6 convocations Serik Genghisovich Bekturganov, Deputy Head of the Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay region Mels Beibituly Abdrakhmanov, Director of Kostanay branch of JSC Eurasian Bank, deputy of the regional maslikhat, Member of the Coordinating Council of the Alliance of Women's Forces, Chairman of the Council for Regional Development at the branch of the Amanat party, Kirmyzy Saparovna Zhanbyrshina, and Denis Anatolyevich Kacheyev, Professor of the Kostanay branch of ChelSU.

The program of the event began with a review of the book exhibition dedicated to the IV National Kurultai. The exhibition featured literature highlighting the key moments of Kazakhstan's formation, its historical heritage and modern reforms aimed at strengthening the national identity and development of the country.

During the discussion, the participants emphasized the importance of the Kurultai as an important platform for discussing strategic issues and the future of the country. The speakers emphasized the importance of reviving national culture, educating young people, and implementing reforms aimed at strengthening social and cultural identity.

During the dialogue, issues of patriotic education, the role of youth in the development of the region and the country, as well as the preservation of cultural heritage were discussed. The speakers stressed the importance of active participation of young people in public life, support for their initiatives and creation of conditions for self-realization.

In conclusion, the participants expressed confidence that such dialogue platforms would contribute to strengthening national unity, developing civil society and successfully implementing reforms aimed at Kazakhstan's prosperity.
