As part of the implementation of the ideology of "Law and Order", the Prosecutor's office of Aktobe region conducted an analysis of the observance of citizens' rights in the field of healthcare.

In particular, an overestimation of the cost of paid medical services has been established in the Wilsky district.

The price of certificates of form No. 073/e (for obtaining a permit to drive a vehicle) and No. 075/e (medical professional advisory opinion) was 7,705 tenge, and certificates of form No.076/e (for obtaining a permit to own a weapon) – 9,405 tenge.

The unjustified inclusion of additional medical services, such as an examination by a surgeon, a neurologist, and a blood test for Wasserman's reaction, was revealed.

In addition, the hospital is not equipped with the necessary diagnostic equipment, which forces patients to contact the medical institutions of the regional center.

According to the act of prosecutor's supervision, the cost of certificates has been reduced: No. 073/e – up to 6,000 tenge, No.075/e – up to 5,000 tenge, No.076/e – up to 9,000 tenge.

An application for the purchase of missing equipment has also been sent to the regional health department.

As a result, citizens' rights have been restored, and responsible officials have been disciplined.

The work to protect the rights of citizens continues.
