Chairman of the Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control, made a working trip to the Abai region as part of monitoring the passage of the autumn-winter period and preparations for the repair company by the region's energy enterprises. The Chairman visited NPP Shulbinskaya HPP LLP, where he got acquainted with the current state of the power equipment and the repair campaign of the plant. Topical issues related to the passage of the flood period and preparations for the environmental clearance were discussed. Timely carrying out of planned volumes of repairs of the main equipment, according to the approved schedules. During the trip, Chairman of the Committee got acquainted with the current state of the power equipment of the State Enterprise Teplokomunenergo and preparations for the repair campaign. The issues of the passage of the heating season, emergency shutdowns of boilers were discussed, problematic issues on heating networks during the current heating season, and possible risks in the operation of power equipment were considered. A meeting was held with the participation of representatives of the akimat of the region, energy producing and energy transmission organizations of the region. The meeting discussed ways to cover the increasing heat loads of the regional center and its reliable supply of heat and hot water. The attention of the management of JSC "OESK" was drawn to a number of problematic issues related to the increase in repair personnel. The Territorial Department of the Committee continuously monitors the progress of repair work on the main equipment of heat and electricity supply facilities. Based on the results of the work carried out, the Chairman of the Committee instructed the management of the region's energy enterprises to ensure high-quality preparations for the upcoming heating season.
