April 12, 2017 the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of RK WORLD RMS together with Department of Health North Kazakhstan, with the district health authorities in the video conference, and then with representatives of medical Petropavlovsk institutions (hospitals, clinics, private medical institutions, suppliers of medical equipment, medical laboratories) held a meeting, the purpose of which was to explain the metrological requirements of the rules and standards in the application of measuring instruments, to improve competent in the field of conformity assessment in health care facilities.

The meeting discussed issues of conducting state metrological control in healthcare institutions, the functioning of the register of the state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements, and the accreditation of medical laboratories.

The issues of the state of metrological support in the healthcare system, the requirements for verification, conservation, technical services, features of the organization of public procurement of measuring equipment for medical equipment, increasing reliability, traceability, recognition of research results through the implementation of QMS ISO 15 189.

An interesting conversation took place, during which suggestions were voiced to systematize the holding of such meetings.

At the end of the meeting, the participants exchanged opinions and problems, spoke about ways of solving these problems, about the need for holding such events, and also about training seminars.
