The Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the West Kazakhstan region invites labor dynasties and production workers to the republican contest "Enbek Zholy -2025".

In his program article "Looking to the Future: Modernization of Public Consciousness," the Head of State suggested that public consciousness requires not only the development of principles of modernization, but also specific projects that could meet the challenges of the time without losing the great power of tradition.

Within the framework of the idea of the Head of State to build a Society of Universal Labor, in order to increase the authority of the Working Man, stimulate labor productivity, promote working professions, attract young people to the field of production, as well as strengthen the long-standing traditions of labor dynasties, the holiday "Labor Day" was established by Decree of the Head of State.

To promote the idea of a Society of Universal Labor, the Ministry has established the Republican competition "Enbek Zholy", held among labor dynasties and production workers, since last year.

Within the framework of the Republican Forum of the Society of Universal Labor, dedicated to the celebration of Labor Day, an Enbek Zholy competition will be held at the district (city) and regional levels.

Objectives of the competition:

1) preserving the continuity of generations;

2) forming a positive public opinion about working people and creating conditions for the formation of new labor dynasties in enterprises and organizations;

3) fostering Kazakhstani pride in the achievements of compatriots who have made a significant labor contribution to the development of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) education of young people in the spirit of respect for work, preservation and enhancement of labor traditions;

5) raising the status of a Working Person in society and stimulating labor productivity under the auspices of the Society for Universal Labor.

All employees of enterprises, regardless of their industry, with the exception of government employees, can participate in the competition.     

Based on the materials submitted by the contest participants, the republican and regional (regional, city and district) commissions for determining the winners of the competition determine the winners in the following nominations:

1) "The best Labor Dynasty"

In this nomination, the most numerous dynasty with the longest work experience and the highest number of awards is selected.

A "labor dynasty" is a group of employees of the same organization representing two or more generations of close relatives of the same family (one or both spouses together with children or grandchildren) who are currently engaged in labor and have a total work experience of at least 20 years at this enterprise. The head of a dynasty is a representative of a labor dynasty who started his career earlier than everyone else.

The labor dynasty should take an active part in the public life of the village, district (city, region), promote the professional orientation of young people, and promote their profession.;

2) "The best mentor for working youth"

In this nomination, the most highly effective mentor with at least 20 years of experience is selected.

3) "The best young production worker"

In this nomination, the most active and hardworking production worker with no more than 5 years of work experience is selected.;

The participants of the competition draw up and submit to the local executive bodies of the regions, cities of republican significance and the capital the following materials in two copies on paper and electronic media:

1) an application for participation in the competition in any form indicating the nomination;

2) a copy of the identity card;

3) a video on the topic of the nomination for no more than 1-2 minutes (with a demonstration of the workplace and skills, if desired);

4) a computer presentation of no more than 1 minute (in Microsoft Power Point format) about the contestant (work, family, hobbies, hobbies, etc.);

5) a copy of the workbook and other documents confirming the work experience of each representative of the labor dynasty or employee, certified by the employer (certificate from the place of work);

6) a letter of recommendation from an employer or a trade union.

If available (copies of the following documents):

copies of state or departmental awards, certificates, letters of appreciation

professional development certificates (if available).

The documents for the competition must be submitted in the official or Russian languages.

The competition is held in 2 stages:

Stage 1 is conducted at the regional level:

1) the best labor dynasties and workers at the city and district levels are determined;

2) the winners of the relevant region, capital, and city of national significance are determined among the best labor dynasties and workers at the city and district levels.;

Stage 2 is held at the national level among the winners of the relevant region, capital, city of republican significance.:

1) videos and presentations of the winners of the respective regions, the capital, and cities of national significance are presented.;

2) the submitted materials of the winners of the relevant region, capital, city of republican significance are being studied.

The award ceremony is held on the day of the Republican Forum of the current year in Astana.

The deadline for accepting documents is June 20, 2025.
