The Department of State Revenue for Mangystau region informs about the launch of the state service for inclusion in the customs register of intellectual property objects in the Keden information systems: changes for intellectual property rights holders and persons representing their interests.

As part of the continuation of work on the phased implementation of the Keden customs information system, the functionality for the provision of public services in the field of customs affairs, namely, the inclusion of the customs register of intellectual property objects, is being put into operation.

From April 14, 2025, the submission and processing of applications for the provision of the specified public service will be carried out in the IP "Keden".

We would like to note that on April 11 of this year, at 18:30, the Single Window for Export-Import Operations information system will stop accepting applications for inclusion in the customs register of intellectual property objects.

Instructions on how to fill out the application, as well as on how to register in the system, are posted on the main page on the portal. https://keden.kgd.gov.kz , as well as in the created separate telegram chat https:// t.me/kedenkgdgovkz/46130 – for intellectual property objects.

Please note that it is necessary to specify valid mobile phone numbers and email addresses during registration in order to receive notifications about the status of applications.
