The Academy of Justice is launching the second stage of the traineeship.

From March 4 to April 2, 2025, an online traineeship was held in a pilot mode at the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Judicial Council on a topic: "Peculiarities of the application of certain branches of law during the consideration and resolution of civil law disputes.

"There are 34 specialists from 12 regions of the country took part in the training: advocates, lawyers, legal consultants, notaries, police officers, prosecutors, representatives of the judicial system and the Institute of Forensic Expertise.

According to the results of the survey, the participants highly evaluated the content and organization of the course, expressing interest in further training.

Taking into account the high demand and effectiveness of the project, the next stage of the course on “Theoretical and practical aspects of the application of criminal and criminal procedure legislation”w will start from April 23 to 30, 2025.

The course is designed for persons who meet the requirements for judicial candidates in accordance with the Constitutional Law "On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

The purpose of the course is to familiarize students with the main regulatory provisions of criminal and criminal procedure legislation.

The course duration is 18 hours (twice a week, from 14:30 to 18:00).

The format is online.

The deadline for submitting applications is April 21, 2025.

At the end of the training a certificate is issued. For participation an application and a student questionnaire should be submitted.
