The Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region recalls the importance of complying with legislation in the field of turnover of excisable products.

In order to curb the illegal turnover of excisable goods, measures are regularly taken to identify the facts of the sale and storage of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and other goods without appropriate certificates, marks of conformity and non-compliant with technical regulations.

Products that do not meet the requirements are considered illegal and cannot be allowed for sale.

It should be emphasized that such goods entering the market without the necessary documents pose a threat not only to the economy, but also to the health and safety of citizens.

The State Revenue Department recalls that in case of violations of legislation in the field of turnover of excisable goods, liability is provided in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
