In accordance with the order №2 of the Head of the Department of Regional Representatives Office in Kostanay of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (hereinafter – Agency), the LLP " Ломбард Astana Gold " (hereinafter – Partnership) was deprived of a license to carry out microfinance activities (pawnshop activities).

The grounds for the revocation of a license to carry out microfinance activities (pawnshop activities) was the failure of the Partnership to operate for six consecutive calendar months.

Revocation of a license to carry out microfinance activities (pawnbroking activities) does not release borrowers from their obligation to fulfill their obligations to the organization.

Borrowers are responsible for non-fulfillment of obligations to the Partnership in accordance with the terms of concluded microcredit agreements.
