The Department of State Revenue for the Kostanay region publishes for review the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05.12.2025 No. 447 "On the introduction of a ban on the import of fresh chicken eggs into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
The specified Order imposed a one-month ban on the import of fresh chicken eggs (HS code:040721) into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by all means of transport from third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, with the exception of the transit of fresh chicken eggs through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as their movement from the territory of one member state of the Eurasian Economic Union to the territory of another member State of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
