In accordance with Article 8 of the Constitutional Law «On the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan», the Ombudsman annually publishes a report on his activities.

The report prepared by the end of 2024 reflects the main results of the Commissioner's work, key challenges in the field of human rights protection, as well as further steps and recommendations for strengthening and improving the national human rights system.

In addition, the document includes an analysis of complaints received, legislative initiatives, an assessment of the effectiveness of preventive mechanisms, outcomes of public legal education on human and civil rights and freedoms, interaction with government agencies and public associations, and international cooperation.

The report also covers the results of the human rights institution’s research activities, findings from sociological surveys, and information on the work of advisory and consultative bodies under the Commissioner.
