Anar Zhailganova reported on the formation of the “Presidential personnel reserve” and measures taken to further transfer the provision of public services in electronic format. The head of state pointed out the need to develop a Concept for the development of public administration, which should provide for increasing the efficiency of public service and strengthening requirements for public administrators.
