It is proposed to develop a set of measures for the social support of civil servants to increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of public service for people in a market economy. This was announced by ACSA Chairwoman Anar Zhailganova at an extended meeting of the Agency.

“The experience of developed countries shows that the optimal package of social benefits and guarantees increases the level of attractiveness of civil service for high-class specialists,” she said. A. Zhailganova instructed the heads of the Agency’s territorial divisions to conduct an in-depth analysis of the level of satisfaction of local civil servants and to make final proposals within a month's time taking into account the specifics and needs of the regions.

The development of a set of measures for the social support of civil servants is provided for in the Action Plan for the implementation of the election program of President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev “Well-being for all! Continuity. Justice. Progress ”and proposals received during the nationwide“ Birge ”campaign.
