Subsoil rights for prospecting are issued through facilitated procedure pursuant to the Law of the RoK “On Subsoil and Subsoil Management” as of June 24, 2010, No. 291-IV.

The list of subsoil plots provided for prospecting in Arkalyk-Shubarkol regions and East Kazakhstan region through facilitated procedure as well as the list of reports on geological information about the plots is published on the website of Subsoil Use Department under MID of the RoK, and also on the Interactive map available by the link http://www.imap.geology.gov.kz/.
