On 14 October 2019 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan R.Vassilenko as a guest of honor attended the celebration of the ITEC Day (Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation).

In his statement, the Deputy Foreign Minister noted the importance and relevance of the ITEC courses to Kazakhstani specialists in various fields (information technology, English, cybersecurity, medicine, etc.) and wished success to this program in further deepening cooperation between Kazakhstan and India.

As the Ambassador of India to Kazakhstan P.Kumar informed, 1020 citizens of Kazakhstan from 1990s to 2019 were trained at various courses of the ITEC, which was established in 1964.
