So, at 06:30 on October 12, 2019 at the international airport of Almaty during the registration of the flight “Istanbul - Almaty,” the border guard revealed signs of complete forgery in the Italian passports submitted for control, which were confirmed during an in-depth check.

As it turned out later, the owners of the documents were Iranian citizens - mother and daughter. Also, during the inspection of the "pseudo-Italians", border guards discovered valid passports of Iranian citizens. The detainees were transferred to law enforcement agencies.
