"The most popular service that each of us received in the PSC is an address reference. And since November 1, we are removing this address reference. It just won't be there. 10 million times our relatives and friends came to us to get this certificate. Now all systems are integrated, so you don't need to get this help. Address help is just the beginning. There are already 28 such certificates on the waiting list, " Asemgul Baltasheva said. Earlier, the Ministry of internal Affairs reported about the cancellation of address certificates. "Citizens themselves can check information about the registration address in their personal account on the e-government portal. Homeowners can also check information about individuals registered at their address through the e-government portal or mobile app. Canceling the issuance of address certificates will reduce the excessive paper workflow and the need for citizens to apply to PSC for certificates," the Ministry said. Earlier, the Minister of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry, Askar Zhumagaliyev, called the requirement for address certificates "bureaucracy".
