Just recently, an inspector of the Okhotzoprom died because of illegal activity of poachers, after which the President of Kazakhstan, Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev, ordered to tighten the punishment for poaching.

  But despite this, some citizens, not fearing justice, continue to engage in illegal activities, especially in border areas. However, they did not take into account one factor - the vigilance of border guards and the border population.

  So, last weekend, according to information received from members of voluntary squads, border guards of the Chundzha border detachment in the Taldysai gorge detained 9 poachers in the act. All are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The intruders had hunting weapons and a bag of cut meat with them. Further, in the course of the relevant joint events with the staff of the public prosecutor’s office, the prosecutor’s office and the National Security Committee of the Narynkol region, 4 more guns with spare barrels and ammunition were discovered, as well as more than 60 kg of meat and a maral’s head with horns. Documents for weapons were missing.

  The detainees along with the “physical evidence” were transferred to the police department of the Rayymbek district.

  Another violator was detained by border guards of the Saryagash border detachment at the Yntymak border outpost section.

  During the service, the border guard noticed an unknown person moving across our territory towards the border with the Republic of Uzbekistan. The intruder, without suspecting anything, continued his movement and was detained at the moment of overcoming the mesh fence.

  The violator was, in words, a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan born in 1997. Relevant events are being held.
