On November 21, 2019, as part of the implementation of the tasks of the Head of state to promote the concept of a "hearing state", a Single (national) day of reception of citizens will be held in the akimat of Kostanay.

The reception will be conducted personally by the mayor of Kostanay, Akhmetov Kairat Zhumashovich, with the involvement of heads of state institutions and organizations.
