At the next, XXXXVII session of the regional maslikhat under the chairmanship of the Governor of the region amandyk Batalov, it became known that this year they plan to provide housing for more than 600 low-Income and large families. During the meeting, the issue of amendments to the decision of the regional maslikhat dated December 13, 2018 No. 38-211 "On the regional budget of the Almaty region for 2019-2021"was considered. Reports on the implementation of the budget of the Almaty region for 2018 were also heard. The composition of a number of regional commissions was approved, and the Chairman of the regular session of the regional maslikhat was elected.

At the session, head of the regional Department of economy and budget planning Zhomart Amirkhanov presented a draft decision on amendments to the regional budget. Special attention was paid to projects on major repairs of schools, improvement and landscaping of settlements, lighting, housing construction and development of engineering and communication infrastructure, gasification, medium and major repairs of roads of regional significance, as well as projects under the "Auyl – El besigi" program. As noted, taking into account the changes made and considered, the regional budget amounted to 514.6 billion tenge. According to Zhomart Amirkhanov, much attention is paid to the areas of emergency prevention, education, health and social assistance, housing and utilities and many other equally important sectors, due to the fact that the revenue part of the regional budget has increased by 7 billion tenge and 39.8 billion tenge of targeted transfers have been allocated from the national budget. He also noted that significant funds were allocated for the purchase of carbon monoxide sensors for low-income and large families, people with disabilities, single pensioners, subsidizing parental fees in pre-school educational institutions for 7,903 large families, and other types of social support.

The head of the regional financial Department, Daniyar Alimbayev, presented the annual report on the implementation of the regional budget for 2018, providing a detailed analysis of budget development. The head of the region summed up the meeting, informing about support for large and low-income families. "Based on the new program adopted at the XVIII Congress of the Nur Otan party, we revised the regional budget in order to help mothers with many children. Additional targeted transfers have been allocated from the national budget. In this regard, we need to increase the number of housing. Focusing on the number of large families, we will start building from the regional center. This year, we plan to provide housing for more than 600 low-income and large families. Since the beginning of the year, 60 families have been provided with housing with the help of patrons. We must resolve the housing issue by performing systematic work on the part of the Executive body. All mayors of districts and cities should remember this and work in this direction," he concluded. The "Auyl – El besigi" program covers seven regional centers of the region. As a result of the program, sports, education, and health facilities will be built in district centers, as well as water and heat supply systems.
