The First Public-Private Partnership Investment Forum organized by the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Asian Development Bank is held in the capital.

The head of the economic department, Ruslan Dalenov, welcoming the forum participants, noted that public-private partnerships are an effective and progressive tool to stimulate economic growth. This, respectively, is an increase in jobs and an increase in the quality of life of the population.

“I consider today's forum an important event where we can talk about the results of our activities and discuss future plans with invited international experts in the field of PPP, including from the Asian Development Bank, UN Economic Commission for Europe, UNESCAP and others.”, - added the minister.

In his speech, the head of the Ministry of National Economy emphasized the experience of Kazakhstan in the development of PPPs, repeatedly noted by international experts: “Our country is becoming a kind of“ PPP library ”, where information, knowledge and experience on the implementation of PPP projects in the Central Asian region are accumulated and scaled”
