RII creates and develops an entrepreneurial community among rudnensky schoolchildren
Entrepreneurship is an integral element of the modern market system of management, without which the economy and society as a whole can not normally exist and develop.
The project "Ecosystem of student entrepreneurship"is being implemented for the third year at the Rudnensky industrial Institute. It is initiated by ERG, Almaty Management University and the Association of friends of tel Aviv University in Kazakhstan. The project plays an important role in developing students ' entrepreneurship skills and competencies. Students of Rudny are also involved in its implementation.
A workshop "Digital entrepreneurship" has been opened for them in RII, where children work on their own projects with the help of successful startups of the Institute. The training program introduces students to the basics of the market economy, business planning, motivation, and teamwork. Unique trainings on crowdsourcing and idea generation have been developed especially for school students.
The joint work of RII students and schoolchildren of our city undoubtedly contributes to the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region, and students already know from school how to properly and competently conduct their business, which can become a matter of life.
