Since the beginning of the year, the number of representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the region has increased by 1393 entities. This was announced at a press conference in the Regional Communications Service by the head of the regional department of entrepreneurship and tourism Ferdousi Kozhabergenov.
“As of November 1 of this year, 52471 small and medium-sized businesses are registered in the region. At the beginning of the year, this indicator was 51078 subjects. In turn, the number of operating entrepreneurs increased by 3288 units, ”said Ferdousi Kozhabergenov.
Currently, all conditions have been created for successful business, including training in the basics of entrepreneurship and financial support for start-up entrepreneurs. So, since the beginning of the year, 91 projects have been subsidized, with a total value of KZT 2.6 billion, and 81 entrepreneurs have received loan guarantees for a total of KZT 811 million.
Along with this, the Head of State in his Address noted the importance of supporting small businesses. The government was instructed to develop a legislative framework for exempting micro and small business companies from paying income tax for a period of three years. This measure is aimed at stimulating the unemployed to start organizing their own business.
