In order to implement paragraph 79 of the National action plan for the implementation of the President's Address to the people of Kazakhstan dated September 2, 2019, approved by decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 10, 2019 No. 152 (creation of a unified national system for housing waiting lists) in connection with technical works, the reception of applications from December 3 to 13 of this year for the state service "registration and priority, as well as the decision of local Executive bodies to provide housing to citizens is temporarily suspended, those in need of housing from the public housing Fund or housing rented by the local Executive body in a private housing Fund."
