The Chairman of the Agency for civil service Affairs Anar Zhailganova has held a meeting with the CEO of Autonomous non-commercial organization "Russia – country of opportunities" Alexei Komissarov.

The meeting is not accidental. The Russian Federation is currently hosting the Leaders of Russia competition — the flagship project of the presidential platform Russia — the land of opportunities, to select future managers.

The Russian project is being implemented for the third year in a row. Its main goal is to create real social elevators for the active part of citizens.

The parties discussed a number of issues related to the formation of the Presidential youth personnel reserve in Kazakhstan.

"The project, implemented on behalf of the Head of state Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, is intended to become a catalyst for system updates, by attracting representatives of the "Y" generation to the public service – young personnel with skills to work in a high-tech and volatile environment.

Future reservists are expected to change the style of work of the state apparatus in the direction of greater efficiency, high quality of public services and the ability to work with the population," the head of the ADGs said.

In turn, A. Komissarov spoke about measures to ensure transparency and openness of the competition "Leaders of Russia". According to him, confidence in the competition did not appear immediately, as well as in Kazakhstan, there were acute questions about the future fate of the project participants.

"To date, 150 people from among the winners of the competition have been appointed to certain positions. We see that interest in the winners is high... I am proud that the competition is held as transparently as possible," he said.

The CEO of the ANO "Russia – country of opportunities" was particularly interested in the stages, terms and issues of further employment of 300 selected reservists.

At the meeting, the CEO of the ANO "Russia-country of opportunities" was informed about the system of formation of the civil service of Kazakhstan and the success of building a professional apparatus in the country.
In particular, the head of the ADGs told about the upcoming reduction of the number of civil servants and quasi-public sector employees by 25%.

"In the General context of public administration, all the measures taken are aimed at creating a compact, but highly effective and professional state apparatus," A. Zailganova said.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further strengthen professional ties aimed at developing the human resources of the civil service of the two countries.
Today signed a Memorandum of cooperation and the development of professional relations between the Ministry of education and science of RK, Ministry of information and social development of the RK, Agency of RK on civil service Affairs and the Autonomous nonprofit organization "Russia – country of opportunities".
It is assumed that by carrying out the joint activities stipulated in the Memorandum, it will be possible to achieve a new level of professional relations between the parties in areas of mutual interest.
