The results of the “Capacity Assessment” phase of the selection to the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve have been summed up. According to its results, 400 participants were admitted to the final stage of “Interviewing in an expert commission”.

This was announced at a briefing in the CCS by the chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs Anar Zhailganova.

A personal interview with the members of the Expert Commission will be held in the capital from November 27 to December 13 this year.

The head of the ADGS said that for the transparency of the interview process, both the public and the media were included in the composition of the Expert Commission.

Based on the results of this interview, a list of no more than 330 candidates will be formed, recommended for consideration by the National Commission for Personnel Reserves. The meeting of the national commission is planned to be held before the end of this year.

Subsequently, 300 young specialists included in the reserve will be ranked by industry and degree of their readiness for promotion to high government posts.

“If necessary, they will take short-term courses or long-term training to build the necessary competencies and skills on the basis of the Academy of Public Administration, as well as in the best world educational centers.

An individual career plan will be drawn up for each reservist depending on his group. The ultimate goal of the plan will be to appoint a reservist to senior positions in the public service and quasi-public sector through consistent career growth. At the same time, the achievement of the results of the career plans of the reservists will be monitored by the Agency, ”Anar Zhailganova said.
