Intellectual schools as educational institutions of a new type should prepare their students for change, developing such qualities as mobility, dynamism, and constructiveness. In the library-branch No. 3 for young readers, a conversation "On the upper class" was held, telling about unique intellectual schools in Kazakhstan. During the conversation, the audience learned about unique schools that must solve not only educational problems, but also form the intellectual elite, which tomorrow will determine the future of the country. The main goals and objectives of these schools:

- education and training of the intellectual elite of Kazakhstan, which harmoniously combines patriotism, universal and ethnocultural values; - the ability to adapt in society and be competitive people; - willingness to learn throughout life; - the ability to make an informed choice of profession; - knowledge of three languages ​​and information technology.     The conversation was very interesting and productive.
