Individuals are allowed to export no more than 10,000 US dollars (or the equivalent in another currency) from the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The export of an amount exceeding the established limit is prohibited, regardless of the availability of a declaration or supporting documents.

Liability is provided for the violation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
