As part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" ideology, the Aktobe region Prosecutor's office revealed violations of the constitutional rights of more than 300 citizens based on the results of the analysis. In accordance with the legislation, employment contracts are terminated when an employee reaches retirement age, with at least one month's notice to the employee, with compensation in the amount of one official salary. It has been established that the education departments of the districts of the region do not pay compensation in the amount of one official salary (tariff rate) specified in the collective agreement. For example, the education department of the Shalkar district did not pay compensation to 116 employees in the amount of one official salary for a total amount of over 12 million tenge. Similar violations were found in Khromtau, Martuk, Alginsky, Aitekebiysky and Mugalzharsky districts. According to the act of prosecutor's supervision, the constitutional rights of more than 300 employees were restored, and compensation totaling more than 25 million tenge was paid. The officials who committed the violation have been brought to strict disciplinary responsibility. The work to protect the constitutional rights of citizens continues.
