Thanks to the professionalism of the local police inspectors Major Saken Suleymenov and Boris Tolgurov, within half an hour they identified and arrested the suspect of stealing a mobile phone.
On March 15, around 11:00 p.m., the Kokshetau Police Department received a request from a local resident. The woman said that half an hour before contacting the police, she was returning from her acquaintances and was looking through the messages on her phone, when suddenly an unknown man grabbed her Redmi mobile phone and ran away.
Information about the crime was immediately given to all police forces. Precinct inspector Major Saken Suleymenov analyzed the suspect's features and remembered that he had met a person with similar characteristics before while checking documents in his administrative precinct. At that time, the man was visiting a friend.
Without wasting time, the district inspector went to the known address with his partner and found the robber and the stolen phone. The suspect was arrested, the mobile device was confiscated and returned to the owner.
On this fact, a pre-trial investigation has been started.
