Article 174. Inciting social, national, tribal, racial, class or religious discord

This article provides liability for:
Actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity between different groups of people on social, national, tribal, racial, ethnic or religious grounds.
Promoting the exclusivity, superiority or inferiority of any group of people.
Aimed at disrupting public order or undermining state security actions.
Such crimes are subject to fines, correctional works or restriction of liberty or, in severe cases, imprisonment for a term of up to 20 years.
Article 179. Advocating or publicly calling for the forcible change of the constitutional structure
This article prohibits:
Calling for the overthrow of the government by force.
Dissemination of information that provokes the change of the constitutional structure through violence.

Imprisonment from 5 to 10 years.
