In the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the concept of "human trafficking" is given in Article 128 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The form of human trafficking:

• Sexual use;
• Forced labor;
• Criminal use;
• Debt,
• Using child labor,
• Home. slavery,
• Forced into poverty,
• Violence of people in armed forces
• Selling of children for adoption,
• Trafficking for organs and tissue transplants.

What is common to all types of trafficking is that victims are deprived of their rights to freedom, violence and intimidation, forcing them to work or provide services.

People fall into slavery in different ways. Basically, people are convinced and advised to do well with a good salary, comfortable living conditions, the right to choose a job, even by getting married or getting a higher education.
