On the fifth day of Nauryznama dedicated to the Day of National Clothes, an ethnodefile, exhibitions, family contests, a video challenge of institutions and organizations were organized in the region, - reports the press service of the akim of Zhetysu region.

For example, an ethnodefile was held in the central square of Taldykorgan, where boys and girls dressed in national costumes of different ethnic groups. The celebration continued with the final of the contest "Miss Nauryz - 2025". Before that, the selection round of the competition was held in Otenay Rural Culture House. In order to show that they are worthy of their beauty, the ten selected beauties showed off their skills in front of the audience and answered questions related to Kazakh customs and traditions on the stage. At the end of the competition, the 11th grade student of secondary school No. 25 named after B. Syrttanov in Taldykorgan, Yerkezhan Serikhan, won the main prize.

- Today I came specially from the village of Kolbai, Alakol district, to be a fan of my grandson Yerkezhan's art. I am happy that my grandson won. All the girls performed well. I really liked the competition. It was not only a beauty contest, but also an event that gave great importance to our national heritage, national education, and contributed to the spiritual development of young people. Notably, on this day, the exhibition "National clothes - the image of the nation" was held in the Palace of Saltanat in Taldykorgan, as well as an exhibition-festival in the Art Gallery. At the exhibition-festival, hats, clothes, turbans, skirts and curtains, men's and horse harnesses, girl's clothes, and other household items were presented.

Similarly, the competition "Family in National Dress" was organized in Ushtobe, Karatal District. 44 families participated in the competition. In addition to the daily clothes of the Kazakh people, they also glorified the festive clothes worn on various occasions, Kazakh ornaments and ornaments. The families of Zhumadil, Yergosayev, Zakhan, Surabaldinov, Dolashov, Ryskazy, Ashikbayev and Apaskhanov became winners in the competition and received diplomas and valuable gifts. Our goal is to modernize Kazakh traditions. It is gratifying that special attention is being paid to national clothes during Nauryz. Through this, we not only glorify our national heritage, but also set an example for the youth. Similarly, in Koksu district, a business women's forum called "Women and Labor Anniversary" dedicated to the "Year of Workers' Professions" was held in order to celebrate the role of business women in society, their achievements in the field of entrepreneurship and labor. The event began with the exhibition "Honest Azamat - Honest Work - Honest Success", where businesswomen presented their hand-made national clothes, national dishes, handicrafts made of wood and leather, and paintings depicting national clothes. was organized.
