The First Vice-Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akmadi Sarbasov during his working visit to Zhambyl region met with labor teams of regional enterprises and regressors, visited the regional special social services children's center.

Akhmadi Sarbasov began his working trip with a visit to industrial enterprises in Taraz. He got acquainted with the activities of "Imstalkon" Zhambyl Metal Structures Plant LLP. The enterprise specializes in the production of metal constructions for industrial and industrial objects with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons.

At the meeting with the factory workers, the first vice-minister told about the work of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - Enbekmin) in the framework of the implementation of the concept of safe work in the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030 and the regulation of labor relations.

"Working without an employment contract, concealing income, The issues of arrears for the payment of wages remain relevant. This leads to negative consequences for the worker when social risks arise. In order to ensure the transparency of labor relations and guarantees of employees, a number of digital solutions have been initiated: the employer's declaration of the staff table of enterprises in the HR Enbek information system; transferring the procedure for concluding labor and collective agreements to electronic format; to expand the functionality of the labor risk map for more accurate prediction and prevention of labor disputes", said Akmadi Sarbasov.

Furthermore, the vice-minister is engaged in the production, distribution and sale of electric and thermal energy "T.I. JSC JSC named after Baturov. Akmadi Sarbasov discussed issues of improving the working conditions of employees within the framework of social partnership with the management of the enterprise. He also spoke about the implementation of measures to tighten supervision and control mechanisms in the field of labor protection, for example: introducing a new methodology for assessing occupational risks at workplaces; transfer of supervisory functions to state labor inspectors for urgent suspension of dangerous works; implementation of early warning systems of emergency risks (mobile applications, special sensors and other modern technological solutions); strengthening of requirements for specialized organizations for carrying out professional risk assessment; expansion of the possibilities of preventive control without going to the enterprise based on the data of the state information systems.

After that, the vice-minister visited the regional special social service children's center. Children from 1.5 to 18 years of age with psychoneurological and musculoskeletal disorders receive special services in the organization in a semi-hospital setting.

At the same time, he met with regressive citizens with disabilities who previously served at Karatau JSC. During the meeting, Akmadi Sarbasov announced that the demands of 16 regressors were fully satisfied by the decision of the Astana Inter-District Court on Civil Affairs. After the court decision enters into legal force, they must apply to the Ministry of Labor to pay the amounts entered in the register of priority claims of creditors.
